This opportunity card outlines a potential pathway for addressing some of the interconnected challenges facing Australia’s agrifood system through a systems-thinking approach.
It explores the opportunity’s strategic rationale, potential benefits, key enablers, barriers, stakeholder roles and expected impacts, highlighting how coordinated action across agriculture and related sectors could create broader economic, environmental and social value.
The opportunity card provides additional detail on one of the six opportunity pathways identified in the Opportunity Pathways to Address Systemic Challenges Facing Australian AgriFood report and should be read in conjunction with that report.
