12th International Herbage Seed Group Conference

The Tasmanian Seed Industry Group (TSIG) is proud to host the 12th International Herbage Seed Group (IHSG) Conference in Launceston, bringing together leading researchers, producers, and industry professionals from around the globe.

This biennial event is a premier forum for sharing research and innovation in forage and turf seed production. Topics span:

  • Emerging and alternative seed crops (other than lucerne/alfalfa, ryegrass and white clover).
  • Seed production in a challenging and changing environment.
  • Sustainable seed production.
  • Agronomic advances, innovation and technology.

Delegates will have the opportunity to:

  • Attend plenary sessions and technical presentations
  • Network with international experts
  • Visit Tasmanian farms and seed production facilities
  • Join a post-conference tour of seed production regions in Victoria and southern New South Wales
