AgriFutures Australia is seeking the services of an SEO provider to facilitate Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy, implementation, auditing and evaluation for various campaigns and projects across the organisation.
This includes (but may not be limited to) campaigns for AgriFutures, AgriFutures evokeAG., and AgriFutures growAG.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) closes at 5pm AEST on Friday 15 May 2026.
Background
AgriFutures Australia is seeking the services of an individual or organisation to support its SEO strategy, implementation, and evaluation across the organisation. The successful respondent will demonstrate the required skill set, established expertise and suitable capability, experience, and capacity to meet the organisation’s needs. Pending performance, the successful agency may be contracted for an additional 12 months.
Service Requirements
AgriFutures Australia is seeking the services of an SEO provider to deliver:
- Strategy
- Account Management & Reporting
- Content – Auditing and Recommendations
- On Site – Technical Auditing, Hygiene and Optimisation
The selected provider will be required to work closely with the organisation’s Senior Manager, as well as the Communications leads for the respective campaigns. These campaigns will also be supported by designated communications via AgriFutures Australia’s owned channels.
The services may include but are not limited to:
Strategy
- Development of SEO roadmap and strategy to drive user acquisition and outcomes across AgriFutures websites
- Providing training to AgriFutures staff on SEO fundamentals
Account Management & Reporting
Ongoing account management which should include:
- Monthly and post campaign reporting
- Quarterly cross campaign strategy meetings
- Proactive monitoring of the competitor landscape to inform AgriFutures growth and optimisation approaches
- Ongoing monitoring of changes to industry including algorithm updates etc.
- Providing support for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation if required
Content
- Providing regular recommendations on content gaps to drive growth
- Providing recommendations on content gaps and opportunities for content creation
- Providing recommendations of trending topics and competitor focus areas
- Providing optimisations for existing content including meta data, topic areas and markup
- End-to-end development of new content for AgriFutures including but not limited to:
- Long form articles (research summaries, insights, explainers)
- Fact sheets
- FAQ’s
- Landing pages (campaigns, programs, events)
- Ability to translate;
- Technical research outputs to plain English, digital first formats
- Industry insights into engaging, searchable content
On Site
- Providing regular technical auditing with specific recommendations and briefs that can be provided to our development partners
- Providing on going monitoring of technical health across AgriFutures websites
- Providing recommendations on improving crawl outcomes and information architecture across AgriFutures websites
Please note that we have a separate agency for media buying and planning.
The initial focus for the selected provider will be:
- To provide a full strategy and 12 month roadmap for each of the three sites
- To work with AgriFutures, growAG. and evokeAG. on immediate content recommendations and roadmap

Make a Submission
Provide a summary highlighting how your organisation’s approach and services are a best fit for provision of SEO services.
Respondents will also be expected to include the following in their response:
- A proposed working structure for a 12-month period working across three websites:
– Organisational capacity and capability
– Organisations credentials and capabilities
– Team structure, past experience and project role
– Ability to deliver on the four service areas and deliver small but impactful SEO strategies
– Remuneration structure and approach - Your customer service approach.
- Evidence of credentials and capacity to deliver the service requirements. Please include examples and results of any related work and/or media campaigns including regional, national and international, small and impactful work. As well as any testimonials or references from companies that you have provided a similar service.
The resultant Contract is expected to commence on execution of the contract.
It is expected that a contract will be awarded based on how well a respondent addresses the objectives of the tender. Selection will be based on the evaluation criteria found in the full RFQ document.
It is also recommended that the response considers the evaluation criteria outlined on the following pages.
Applications for this Request for Quote must be submitted to the designated project officer, Sarah Ingold, by Friday 15 May 2026 at 5pm (AEST).
Terms of Reference
AgriFutures Australia uses standard form contracts and agreements for projects and research procured by AgriFutures Australia (please refer to agrifutures.com.au/legal). These contracts and agreements set out the terms on which AgriFutures Australia will engage successful applicants to carry out the project.
Applicants must be familiar with the contracts and agreements before submitting a response, and are advised to seek legal advice beforehand. These contracts and agreements have been developed to reflect AgriFutures Australia’s statutory and other procurement responsibilities.
If you require any amendments to the standard agreement, please complete the statement of non-compliance for each of the relevant clause. AgriFutures will then assess those requests. Applicants will be taken to have agreed to all clauses in the Service Provider
Agreement that are not referred to in a statement of non-compliance. The extent of any non-compliance will be a factor in AgriFutures Australia’s evaluation of the application.
