Dr Dini Ganesalingam is an agri-food innovation and RD&E investment leader with more than a decade of experience across Australian agriculture. As Research and Business Development Manager at InterGrain, she leads research strategy, governance and statistical delivery across key crops. Dini holds a PhD in Plant Breeding and Statistics and is GAICD qualified. She contributes to industry governance through board and advisory roles, including AgriFutures’ Rice RD&E Panel. Dini is passionate about translating research and data into practical outcomes for growers and building resilient, future-ready rural industries.
