The Work Health and Safety (WHS) records for both agriculture and fisheries are less than optimal and require improvement. Having accurate evidence upon which to base intervention approaches is the cornerstone of injury prevention. Consequently, the basis of this study is to assist those in positions of influence within the agricultural (cotton, grains, sugar) and fishing sectors in making informed WHS decisions for their industry.
