This report provides detailed data on rural land ownership change in Victoria over the period 2004-08. It is intended to complement the nation-wide analysis of this issue presented in the RIRDC Report 12/038 “Rural Land in Australia: A framework for the measurement and analysis of nationwide patterns of ownership”.

This report examines individual trends for 52 rural Local Government Areas (LGAs) across the State. Results for each LGA are compared against regional and state trends.
