This research project has been defined by the Primary Industries Health & Safety Partnership (PIHSP) and seeks to develop new resources to assist those working in sheep and wool production with effective WHS systems. This manual and related documents will provide new resources to enable sheep and wool producers to improve their WHS systems.
Essentially the resource materials will provide a best practice guide to managing WHS requirements specific to the sheep and wool sector. The long term objective is to reduce the incidence and severity of injury in the sector and also to improve productivity through adherence to good WHS practice.
