Summary

The project is a continuation of RIRDC project PRJ-004596, LCA of chicken meat production and will involve data collection, modelling and presentation of results for an additional free range chicken meat supply chain located in South Australia. Additionally the project involves presentation of LCA results to the steering committee.

Objective Summary

– To present results from the chicken meat LCA project to the steering committee at a meeting held in Sydney.
– To determine environmental impacts from a free range chicken meat production supply chain in South Australia, using the same methods as used in the PRJ-004596 project and present results as an ammended final report for PRJ-004596.
