Summary

The project will deliver a facilitated workshop on the 22 April, 2021 with key producers and stakeholders of the cashmere and mohair industries to collate, curate and identify their strategic needs and priorities for RD&E.  Our workshop design is inclusive of both the cashmere and mohair goat fibre industries and the interests of their respective stakeholders.  The workshop has been designed around the collective development of an impact pathway as to inform the RD&E plan, including a 5-year vision with relevant objectives, goals, strategies, and KPIs needed to achieve that vision.

Additional follow up consultation with key stakeholders will also be undertaken with those unable to attend the workshop through a post workshop online discussion of the final draft Plan.
