Summary

P.Guinane Pty Ltd as the owner of the 61 studies which will be used for submission to the US EPA, shall apply for 100% Pure Australian Tea Tree Oil meeting all the specifications of ISO4730;2017 and produced in accordance with the ATTIA Code of Practice (as certified by ATTIA) to be approved by the USA EPA as an additional technical tea tree oil. To achieve the outcome, a US expert consultant on EPA regulatory matter is to be retained to advise and guide on the best way to proceed to approach the EPA with the submission. If any data gaps are identified, they shall be addressed by ATTIA Ltd from within its own resources to facilitate the progress of the application.The application shall be made in the name of PG, held in joint trust with ATTIA.
