The Australian insect industry is experiencing rapid growth and transition. Meeting this demand depends not only on new products and technologies, but also on understanding and influencing the attitudes, behaviours and practices of stakeholders across the supply chain.
This webinar will explore how behavioural science is being applied to better understand the factors shaping the industry’s growth and acceptance. Using a case study approach, it will draw on work from the AgriFutures Insect Industry Program of Research in collaboration with Evidn. The session will outline key findings from Evidn’s analysis and discuss practical, evidence-based behaviour change strategies to support industry growth and acceptance.
