Researchers, Growers, and Exporters wanted: Applications now open for AgriFutures Export Fodder Advisory Panel
The AgriFutures Export Fodder Program currently has two positions open on its Advisory Panel. This opportunity is open to fodder exporters, growers, researchers, and people with a high level of technical knowledge relevant to the export fodder industry.
We are looking for researchers or people with a high level of technical knowledge, and people with experience assessing research proposals to join the AgriFutures Export Fodder Advisory Panel to provide guidance on appropriate research methodologies to their Advisory Panel peers.
Given the small number of export fodder-specific researchers in Australia, we would like to encourage researchers with a focus on export fodder to apply for research funding opportunities, rather than applying to be a member of the Advisory Panel. We encourage researchers with experience in domestic fodder production, cereal crop agronomy, cattle nutrition, or other related fields to apply for this opportunity.
This exciting opportunity is also open to hay growers and exporters with direct experience and in-depth knowledge of the Australian export fodder industry. We are looking for people who have an interest in contributing to the future of the export fodder industry to represent the unique challenges and opportunities that face the industry.
