2026 Hort Connections Conference, Ginger Grower Sponsorship

The AgriFutures Ginger Program is sponsoring up to three ginger levy payer growers to attend the 2026 Hort Connections Conference, in Adelaide SA. The sponsorship will cover, for each grower, the conference pass, field tour, Perfection Fresh breakfast entry and Gala Dinner entry as well as return flights and 4-5 nights’ accommodation.
Hort Connections takes place from 1-4 June 2026 (with the field trips and farm tours on Monday, 1 June) at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Hort Connections is the premiere horticulture conference and trade show in Australia and New Zealand. With an extensive trade floor, insightful speaker sessions throughout the two days and historically well attended networking events, ginger growers can benefit from the connections and insights they would gain from the conference. With the conference held in Adelaide this year, ginger growers could gain valuable insights into primary production in a different climate and environment.
Applicants must be a current ginger levy paying grower and have been paying the ginger levy for a minimum of three (3) years. Your status may be confirmed with the relevant bodies.
Eligibility Requirements
Applications for the 2026 Hort Connections Conference, Ginger Grower Sponsorship will be assessed by AgriFutures Ginger Program team.
Applicant requirements include:
- 18 years or older
- A recent levy paying ginger grower, for a minimum of three (3) years
- Only one (1) applicant per ginger levy-paying business will be selected
- Keen to remain, contribute and uplift the ginger industry
- Ability and commitment to full duration of the conference dates
Applications will be selected to represent a range of ginger growing regions and farm size.
