This RIRDC study provides landowners and other relevant stakeholders with information about the regulatory framework that governs the management of private native forests. It contains some recent research into sustainable native forest management, and aims to equip landowners with practical skills in understanding and managing this important resource.
The principle audience for this project are Victorian owners and managers of private native forest. Other important audience sectors are local government environmental managers and planners, and Catchment Management Authority (CMA) managers.
