Throughout May 2025, four national online ideation workshops were convened, bringing together more than 90 participants from across the agrifood innovation ecosystem.

These sessions engaged a diverse mix of producers, researchers, technologists, start-ups and scaleups, investors, corporates, policymakers, RDC representatives, and ecosystem connectors.

Insights were further enriched by feedback from the 2025 Brisbane event, responses to the post-event survey, and targeted stakeholder interviews. Together, these inputs provided a robust and representative foundation for the lessons and recommendations that follow.
