This report explores how Australia’s agricultural sector can better engage First Nations communities and increase participation in the workforce. Drawing on research, consultations and case studies, it identifies key barriers and outlines nine connected action areas to support culturally safe employment, recognise Traditional Knowledge, and build sustainable career pathways. Together, these actions provide a roadmap for a more inclusive and resilient agricultural industry.
