Wildflowers and Native Plants RIRDC Completed Projects 2011–12 and Research in Progress at June 2012 contains short summaries of projects funded by the Program. The Program aims to provide R & D to support the development of a profitable, commercially focussed and sustainable Australian wildflower and plantation-grown Proteaceae industry.
The objectives for the Wildflowers and Native Plants Program are to:
1. Understand, strengthen and develop markets
2. Improve existing products and develop new ones
3. Provide profitable and sustainable production systems
4. Enhance the human capital of the industry.
