Objective Summary

The Southern Star Poultry Alliance is an alliance between SARDI and the University of Adelaide. It offers an opportunity to present the latest research outcomes and science challenges for the poultry industry to South Australian audience. It has a science focus as opposed to the South Australian Poultry Industry Day organised each spring. The conference provides an opportunity to attract students towards poultry science.
