Summary

To examine duck modules used in transportation in France by Grimaud and to inspect climatic contolled duck transporters of both day-old ducklings as well as mature flocks. In England visits will be made to Anglia Auto Flow where an easy load system for duck modules will be examined. These modules are used in the manufacure and on-farm use. Climate controlled transport systems will be evaluated at the Cherry Valley, a world centre in the Duck industry. Overall the findings will improve duck transportatio over distances in NSW and provide Pepe’s the opportunity to expand its growing enterprises at a longer distance for South Windsor.
