Summary
PIX 2014 is the 26th PIX conference, and commenced in 1969. It has grown to a conference and trade exhibition which attracts over 1000 delegates and over 120 trade exhibitors. PIX 2014 is expecting to grow by 5-10% over PIX 2012, which was by far the biggest and most successful conference in our history.

Objective Summary
The objectives of the conference, as per PIX rules of association are: To promote the development of the poultry industries in Australia by: (A) Conducting Poultry Information Exchanges on a regular basis which: (i) cater for the commercial interests of people from all sectors of the poultry industry and related service industries; (ii) provide an environment which encourages people to participate in discussion and to exchange information; (iii) promote discussion on technical developments, issues and ideas which have practical significance in these industries and publication of these in the proceedings; (iv) encourage the effective presentation of information in the form of spoken papers, prepared posters, trade displays and/or demonstrations.
