Summary

The project will bring together the results and the implications and recommendations from the Plan Bee project. It will provide clear guidance for the future of a national honey bee genetic improvement program in Australia.

Cox Inall Dentsu is the current communications lead for the Plan Bee project. We have an existing understanding of the Plan Bee program, its results to date, its purpose and vision for the future. We possess strong relationships with the project’s key stakeholders. This will reduce barriers to information gathering, and data and insights generation required to pull together a meaningful Final Report.

Working closely with Paul Blackshaw and the project team, we will ensure that the report captures the key findings from the report and it is produced in a way that can be referenced by key decision makers who will be involved in the future of a national genetics improvement program.

In this response, we have provided details as to how we would approach the development of this report. We have formed a project team that brings together our knowledge of Plan Bee, as well as our most experienced writers and content creators. We have rich experience in the development of final reports as well as the creation of annual reports for broader distribution.

We expect that our proposal will ensure that the final report for Plan Bee, will set it on the right path towards the further development of genetic improvement in the Australian honey bee industry.
