To engage and project manage a consultant to:
1; read the 2007 ATTIA Dossier as submitted to the SCCP,
2 ; read the 2008 SCC) opinion (SCCP/1155/08), and
3; provide advice on how/what work is required to potentially change the opinion to something that could improve the use of TTO in cosmetics.
4; recommend who should undertake the research that the consultant recommends is required.
