The Australian Chinese General Chamber of Business in partnership with the Australian Crocodile Industry is investigating China’s consumer market potential for the future export of Australian crocodile meat by conducting market research into the local Chinese demand, confidence and degree of usage of current domestic and imported crocodile meat in the country.
