What makes a great leader?

For the week of International Women’s Day 2021, we showcased what inspirational leadership looks like.

Our next guest is a leader in Australian agriculture who wears many hats. Jess Fealy is an avocado and mango grower in Far North Queensland, who runs a family business.

Jess is also just about to complete the National Farmers’ Federation Diversity in Agriculture Leadership Program.

Jess is also a member of the AgriFutures Ignite Advisory Panel, where our thought leaders gather to share their opinions on emerging issues in Australian agriculture.

Whatever the day/week means to you, we hope Jess’s story inspires you to get involved in creating a more equal future.
