2026 National Renewables in Agriculture Conference

Sheep graze on grass near solar panel arrays in rural Australia, showing how agriculture and renewable energy can work together.

AgriFutures Australia is proud to sponsor the 2026 National Renewables in Agriculture Conference and Expo, which brings together farmers, researchers, industry and government to explore how renewable energy can support a more productive, sustainable and resilient agriculture sector.

The conference showcases on‑farm renewables, emerging technologies and practical case studies, with a focus on energy efficiency, cost reduction and new income opportunities for producers.

11 August | Farmer Gathering

A new farmer-only gathering ahead of the Conference. Meet farmers already using renewables on their land, including those hosting wind turbines, and hear their experiences in an informal setting. With plenty of time for questions and conversation, it’s a great way to connect with peers and get practical insights before the conference starts.
