Request for Quote: Provision of a marketing automation support partner

AgriFutures Australia is seeking the services of an experienced marketing automation specialist/partner to support AgriFutures business units with implementation and support of our Marketo platform as well as supporting organisation strategic initiatives. The successful agency will be appointed as AgriFutures Australia’s marketing automation partner for an initial term of 12 months extendable to 24 months (total).

This Request for Quote closes 5pm (AEST) Monday, 4 August 2025.

Service requirements

AgriFutures Australia brought Adobe Marketo Engage on board early in 2021. The objective being to give AgriFutures the ability to understand who (audience) is engaging with our content, where are the gaps, what are the best strategies for delivery, and how we can improve data quality and consistency across all channels for targeting and reporting purposes.

As a small team, with several other key projects (including a new CRM and DAM) happening consecutively, we recognise that we are just scratching the surface of Marketo’s capabilities.

We have been working with our Marketo (Adobe) Account team to identify the keys areas of focus over the next 6 months which include:

  • Bedding down our reporting
  • Developing lead scoring and interesting moments models (through Marketo sales insights)
  • More A/B testing
  • Working across the different teams to ensure they are using the trigger campaigns and nurture campaigns functionality.
