This report provides a comprehensive account of domestic consumers’ current beliefs and attitudes towards kangaroo meat in a context of the broader retail environment. It evaluates the likelihood of increasing demand and consumption of products made from kangaroo manufacturing meat such as mince meat, meat pies and deli meats.
