This report presents an independent economic impact assessment of the AgriFutures Rural Women’s Award Program, focused on the 2022 to 2025 cohorts. The assessment found the program is delivering significant economic, social and leadership benefits by building the confidence, capability and networks women need to lead positive change across rural, regional and remote Australia. Through leadership development, grant funding, professional networks and ongoing alumni support, participants are expanding their influence within industries, communities and beyond.
