This publication is one of a number arising from the RIRDC project UCQ-10a, which involved collaborative research amongst groups of specialists located across Australia. The aim has been to provide a catalyst to the development of cooperative arrangements for continuous supply of perishable Asian vegetables to satisfy domestic and export markets. The publication reports on a series of trials of Japanese pumpkin and Kabocha cultivars in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
