Previous investment by the Farm Health and Safety Joint Research Venture in occupational health and safety (OHS) has seen the development of a range of generic on-farm OHS risk management resources, as well as more specialised resources for specific agriculture industries. However, while the beef cattle production industry and the horticulture industries were the remaining key Australian industries that did not have available nationally recognised resources to help producers manage OHS risk.
