This publication provides information on the private sector’s contribution to nature conservation. The information presented may allow decision makers at Commonwealth, State and Local Government levels to better understand the potential role of the sector in supplying nature conservation benefits. Recommendations are also provided which may reduce the barriers to the establishment and operation of PCSEs and lead to the more efficient and equitable provision of nature conservation benefits.
