The project explored the perceptions of Wimmera farmers towards on-farm carbon emissions and developed an extension and adoption framework to support farmers to estimate and subsequently reduce their emissions. The project used farmer and influencer interviews, subject matter expert workshops, supply chain interviews, and farmer follow-up activities to develop findings. Approximately 300 farm managers and stakeholders were engaged across the region.
