Develop an extension delivery plan which; a) meets the needs of end users and companies, b) has a direct line of sight to current and past R&D investment, and c) has a clear articulation of the net benefits to industry.

1. To gain an understanding of the context for knowledge and information use amongst end users
2. To clearly define the knowledge needs and link to R&D outcomes and outputs
3. To establish new connections between growers, companies and researchers upon which an effective innovation system can be built
4. Design an extension approach which builds off 1-3 above and drives the achievement of the chicken meat programs core objectives.
