Objective Summary

The outcome of this project will be the development of specific recommendations regarding treatment and management strategies for control of inflammatory airway disease in young performance horses. These will be designed to target specific aetiological agents or predisposing factors commonly present in the stable environment. These guidelines will be of value to owners trainers and veterinarians and will have positive welfare implications.
