Summary

This project with RMCG is an extension of prior projects undertaken with AgriFutures in the Pre-Farm Gate Waste area. This is to be a one-year project deep dive into Pre-Farm Gate Waste. RMCG will be developing a data dashboard in Power BI at both a Sector and Industry Level, which will include waste generation estimates for a variety of Industries. 

The project will draw from RMCGs 3 phase approach in order to garner further understanding about Waste on Farm and Fisheries. Over the duration of the 12 months RMCG will undertake Bi-monthly check-ins with AgriFutures, updating the dashboards, when necessary, from industry feedback.  
RMCG will additionally, provide respond to data requests for specific industries.

Objective Summary

The project will deliver the creation and maintenance of a Power BI data dashboard. This dashboard will cover both Sector and Industry Level data collection and analysis. 
The project will be separated into four (4) elements. These include: 

1. Development of the data dashboard in Power BI at the Sector Level. The interface would total volumes of data for:
   • Waste stream (plastics, organics, workshop waste)
   • Industry
   • Region (SA2 level)
2. Hosting and maintenance of dashboard for 12 months. This includes:
   • Maintenance required as a result of Power BI software updates
   • Bi-monthly check-ins with AgriFutures 
   • Updates resulting from industry feedback
3. Development of the data dashboard in Power BI at the Industry Level
4. Response to data requests for specific industries.
