Objective Summary

1. Review performance of current project (PRJ-010702) including:-
a. review of performance indicators numbered 2-32 (inclusive) in Schedule 6 of Research Agreement over the period Mar’17 to Sep’19.
b. conformance with Background IP & Material (Schedule 5) being attentive to freedom to operate with plant material, adequacy of data storage and catalogue of plant material.
c. progress report on ‘Proposed Commercialisation Plan’ (Schedule 7) including Plant Breeders Rights, commercial sales of ‘High Grade plants (DHA>1,500), and royalties.
d. recommendations for modification of commercialisation plan (to be conducted in consultation with ManukaLife).
2. Develop information requirements for potential extension of the Leptospermum Plant Breeding Program including, but not limited to:- key performance indicators (KPI’s), funding/investment model, value for money assessment criteria, risk profile (including brand Manuka), and risk management for achieving commercial quantities of ‘High Grade Plant’ seed.
