Objective Summary

The project will review the Rice Program’s success in achieving its objectives as set out in the previous Five Year RD&E Plan and the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the Five Year Plan project management. The RD&E Plan will outline the rationale for the program, provide clear signals concerning rice RD&E needs, encourage discussion between stakeholders and provide a budget framework.
