Prof. Heather Greenfield from the University of New South will be attending the conference and presenting two papers from the Project (PRJ-002974) that was completed in 2010 on Nutrient Composition of Chicken. She is a co-author on both papers accepted and was also responsible for data scrutiny of the chicken meat data from the Project.
