How one Aussie startup is revolutionising tracking food in real time

Curious to know what happens to our food as it makes it way around our supply-chain?

What if we were able to track the avocado or the lamb cutlet we buy in the supermarket by following its location, and temperature; tracking its journey using smart technologies so it can be seen and heard in real time?

In this week’s podcast, we hear from Luke Wood CEO and co-founder of Escavox, an Australian agtech startup that is doing exactly that.

In an Australian-first, Escavox has developed an innovative monitoring technology called a “Blue Box tracker’ which travels through the supply-chain capturing data on dwell time, temperature and location. It has even been described as CCTV for food.
