This research project has been defined by the Primary Industries Health & Safety Partnership (PIHSP) and seeks to develop new resources to assist those working in beef cattle production with effective WHS systems. This manual and resource materials will provide new resources to enable beef cattle producers to improve their WHS systems.
Essentially the resource materials will provide a best practice guide to managing WHS requirements specific to the beef sector. The long term objective is to reduce the incidence and severity of injury in the sector and also to improve productivity through adherence to good WHS practice.
