This RIRDC report presents the results of economic analyses of three investments within RIRDC’s Bioenergy, Bioproducts and Energy Program.
There were a wide range of expected benefits, predominantly economic in nature, identified in the projects, and a number of these benefits were valued. Funding for the three projects/project groups analysed totalled $4.4 million (present value terms) and produced aggregate total expected benefits of $19.16 million (present value terms).
The positive results in terms of both the number and range of benefits identified and valued demonstrate that the Program is delivering significant impacts and is providing a healthy return on investment.
