A literature review, telephone interviews and an email survey have provided a demographic profile of service providers covering qualifications, location, industry, sectors and gender and includes career roles. Focuses on the skills of providers and the factors that inhibit career development and job satisfaction. Contains a number of recommendations arising from the major findings.
