Wildflowers & Native Plants Research in Progress Report, 2008-09, contains short summaries of continuing projects as well as those that were completed during 2008-2009. This program aims to provide R&D to support the development of a profitable, commercially focussed and sustainable Australian wildflower and plantation-grown Proteaceae industry.

There are four sub-program objectives. These are:
