The management of odour is a priority for the broiler industry in order to protect the amenity of surrounding neighbourhoods and to ensure that the future development of the industry is managed in an environmentally responsible way. Commercial technologies that act to reduce odour may provide effective options for the broiler industry to manage odour emissions.
