Summary
Management of the National Agricultural Manure Management Program (NAMMP) aims to manage, direct and coordinate the successful project outcomes that deliver GHG mitigation options across the intensive livestock (IL) industries that will lead to the development of CFI methodologies. For this to occur effectively and efficiently the Manure Management Research Consortium was formed. The consortium consists of the following RDCs: Australian Pork Limited (APL); Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA); , Dairy Australia (DA), Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation (RIRDC) Chicken Meat Program and Australian Egg Corporation Limited (AECL).

Objective Summary
This program will provide information to research bodies, industry and government on reducing emissions across the dairy, pork, meat chicken, layer and feedlot industries. This research is of direct benefit to the Australian livestock industries for development of new policies, cost-effective mitigation strategies and CFI methodologies that decrease national agriculture emissions with minimal impact on productivity and profitability.
