Objective Summary

The project aims to: 1. Improve the understanding of tea growers on the nutritional requirements of mechanically harvested tea to maximise yields. 2. Identify micronutrient deficiencies and the best methods to alleviate. 3. Increase the average yields oftea producers to help meet the increasing demand this will also reduce the costs of production. 4. Improve the efficiency of fertiliser use thereby minimising the environmental impacts of current and future fertiliser practices.
