The ART of Export Fodder Academy

A green tractor pulls a hay baler across a golden field with scattered hay bales under a cloudy sky, trees, and hills in the background.

Nominations are now open for ART of Export Fodder Academy.

The ART (Attract, Retain and Train) of Export Fodder Academy is a practical training program designed to build the skills of machinery operators, growers and industry professionals working across Australia’s export fodder supply chain.

Delivered by the Australian Fodder Industry Association (AFIA), the Academy focuses on improving safety, productivity and operational knowledge, while helping participants produce high-quality export hay and maximise the performance of specialised fodder machinery.

Participants will gain hands-on experience and industry insights covering machinery operation, hay production practices, quality assurance and supply chain requirements. The program also provides valuable networking opportunities with industry leaders and peers from across the export fodder sector.

The Academy is proudly supported by the AgriFutures People and Capability Program.
