The Chinese cashmere industry which is the world leader in production and processing is endeavouring to adequately define the cashmere fibre. To this end the 3rd International Cashmere Determination Technique Symposium was organised and held in China including objectives to discuss recent analysis on the features of cashmere fibre using the Scanning Electronic Microscope.
