This project seeks to contribute to the growing body of information that can be used to support farmers in their decision making, decrease uncertainty and promote the faster development of the industry. Detailed documentation of ‘real life’ case studies, including an evaluation of the impacts, economic and otherwise, will help to increase general awareness that, given appropriate planning, farm forestry is an attractive proposition from a commercial, environmental and ‘lifestyle’ point of view.
